Flourish on Friday's
Crackington Haven Institute 3-4pm
Yoga for everyone-Young and Old. This class is for anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing by learning how to release stress and tension, move more freely, whilst building strength. We will be learning how to find out what your bodies needs, through gentle but sometimes challenging Hatha based postures. We will be learning how to use the breath to further enhance your health by practicing a variety of pranayama techniques. Ultimately this class will teach you techniques to feel better and fitter and reset ready for the weekend!
