YOGA WITH LAURA

Laura teaches yoga inspired by the approach of Vanda Scaravelli. This practice is Hatha based and is not restricted by a set of asana’s so is able to offer a deep personal experience of exploration. This gentle but also challenging practice employs the pull of gravity and the flow of the breath to help develop core strength whilst releasing tension and helping to rejuvenate the body.

Laura’s classes are for everyone for all ages and all levels of experience. Laura will help you to discover your body’s ability to lengthen and unlock unhelpful movement and holding patterns whilst allowing the spine to open, offering fresh new discoveries of the joy of movement.
